An unforgettable two-day stay

I had an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable two-day stay here. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was amazing — the grilled lamb chops were incredible. In the evenings there was a cozy party where we gathered around the fire, enjoyed tea and admired the stars. We also joined a full-day jeep tour, and our guide Ahmed was fantastic. I even celebrated my birthday here and they surprised me with so many thoughtful gestures.

The best of Wadi Rum

We do not know other accommodations in the area, but it is not necessary — I would return here a thousand times. As soon as we arrived they arranged the jeep tour, and the included dinner felt like a feast. At night they set up a small campfire for us to make tea over the fire, and served it by starlight. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom has amenities we haven't seen in high-category hotels. Thank you for everything!

Truly the place to make it happen

I had a really lovely time at Shell Camp in Wadi Rum. The camp was clean, comfortable and beautifully located in the heart of the desert. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. For everyone dreaming of experiencing Wadi Rum, this is truly the place to make it happen.

Like being on a different planet

This is the place to go for a unique, beautiful experience you will not get anywhere else. The views make it feel like you are on a different planet and the food is very good with cultural and traditional dishes. I will never experience a place like this again.

Amazing experience thanks to Ammar

We had an amazing experience in Wadi Rum thanks to Ammar! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. The tour was perfectly organized — stunning views, great food, and genuine Bedouin hospitality. Ammar went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend!

An incredible couple of days

An incredible couple of days in the beautiful Wadi Rum. The shell we stayed in was comfortable and spacious with amazing views of the desert and mountains, especially at sunrise and sunset. The best part was the hospitality — Ammar and his team cooked us a private dinner on our final night followed by tea by the open fire under the stars. We also went out for a jeep tour with Ahmed. Shukran to everyone at Shell!

Excellent camp

Our stay at Shell Luxury Camp was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Jordan. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine Bedouin hospitality and excellent service. The tents are clean and comfortable, and the breathtaking sunset over the desert, the Jeep Safari and the traditional Zarb dinner exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Wadi Rum.

Warm-hearted and spotless

Good hotel-camp, warm-hearted workers, mystical surroundings, clean and cozy. Tasty, healthy and fresh food, great value for money. Our room was clean with new white towels, and the whole area around Shell Luxury Camp was spotless. Thank you — we enjoyed our vacation so much.

Spacious rooms, impressive buffet

I recently stayed at Shell and had a nice experience. The rooms are spacious and nicely designed, with modern furniture. The dinner buffet is quite impressive — the food is delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

One of the best camps in Wadi Rum

Stayed here for 2 days — one of the best camps to stay at in Wadi Rum. Great service, food and rooms. The only con is that I didn't stay more!

It was a great experience at Shell camp. Great service especially by Youssef. Amazing vibes, beautiful weather, nice and clean rooms. They also do live shows at night, so it's suitable for both families and groups of friends. Definitely recommend it.

Shell Luxury Camp is an idyllic oasis set against an otherwise harsh desert landscape. Waking up to sunrise right outside the camp is genuinely breathtaking. The cosy “shell” accommodation delivers a true five-star experience.

Such a nice place to spend a weekend! The camp has a really relaxing atmosphere, and everything is taken care of. The rooms were very clean, the food had plenty of choices, and everything we tried tasted great.

Great trip

Amazing experience — we took the shell for the view. Great night out near the camp fire, great service and amazing staff. Nawaf is the best, and Ahmad Zawayda for the desert tour.
